Meet Yannick Picard – a guy who found his passion for coaching way back when he was just 16. One late, late night, he stumbled upon Tony Robbins’ Personal Power infomercial and immediately bought the audio cassette program. The 30-day program had a profound impact on him.Ā
Back in those days, coaching was more about sports, and since the internet wasn’t a thing, Yannick had to tuck away his coaching dreams for a bit.Ā
Then in 2016, an opportunity arose for Yannick to become a certified coach – he seized it without a second thought. In 2020, Yannick spotted a common trait: self-sabotage, even in himself. Intrigued, he dedicated 2021 to exploring this phenomenon and learning to turn self-sabotage into self-mastery, further shaping his coaching approach.
Now, Yannick is on a mission to help individuals overcome their limitations and self-sabotage. He empowers them to reveal and weaken their inner saboteurs, strengthen their true selves, shatter limiting beliefs, and envision the life they truly desire. His purpose is to guide them toward the life they would love to live.

Yes, cassettes! š¤£ A little chuckle-worthy now, but it had a profound impact on him.Ā
Back in those days, coaching was more about sports, and since the internet wasn’t a thing, Yannick had to tuck away his coaching dreams for a bit. But that didn’t stop him from succeeding in other areas. He excelled in the corporate world, rocked the real estate scene as a top-selling broker, and even flexed his muscles as a personal trainer!
Life, however, wasn’t always a bed of roses. Over the next 25 years, Yannick faced his share of ups and downs. He wondered why some people seemed to navigate relationships and careers effortlessly, while for him, it was a bit more of a challenge.
Then, he met a special someone – “THE guy”. All was well for 9 months, but then unexpectedly, things ended. This heartbreak, however, sparked a revolution in Yannick’s life.
Soon after, an opportunity arose for Yannick to become a certified coach – he seized it without a second thought. His long-held desire to help others overcome obstacles, boost confidence, and transform lives became his mission, his purpose, and his path.
Today, Yannick is a lifeline for GBTQ+ men who are stuck yet want more out of life. He guides them to uncover barriers and self-imposed limitations, dismantle self-doubts, and nurture their true selves. He aids in breaking free from limiting beliefs and helps envision what they truly desire. By sharing his unique tools and strategies, Yannick is helping people everywhere to transform their dreams into reality.

Yannick Picard was only 16 years old when he was bitten by the coaching ābugā. He was watching a late-night infomercial and purchased Tony Robbinās Personal Power audio cassette program. He was blown away by what he learned from the 30-day personal development program.
Back then, ācoachingā was a term reserved for sports coaches, and being pre-internet days, Yannick put the desire aside as he couldnāt find training for it.
Since then, Yannick has been a highly successful associate in the corporate/business world, a top-selling Real Estate Broker and even a personal trainer!
Letās be clear, it wasnāt all roses and sunshine in the 25 years that followed. Yannick, as most do, experienced lifeās rollercoaster ride of ups and downs and he didnāt understand why relationships and careers seemed to come so easily for many yet remained elusive for him.
Then, he met a guy. āTHE guyā. Out of nowhere, he ended 9 months of happy, fun dating and in doing so, lit the fuse that made a KABOOM in Yannickās world.
Shortly thereafter, an opportunity came up to be a certified coach.
Yannick jumped at it. Yannickās desire to help people overcome their saboteurs, increase their level of confidence, and transform their lives has developed into his mission, purpose, and pathway.
Today, Yannick helps people uncover whatās stopping them from living the life and the relationships of their dreams. He teaches them how to expose and weaken their saboteurs and strengthen their inner sage; break free from and transform their limiting beliefs and create a vision for what they would love to have. Then in 2020, he noticed how many ways people (himself included) would self-sabotage and decided to focus most of 2021 on learning the various ways we get in our own way and how to transform self-sabotage into self-mastery.Ā
Today, Yannickās mission and purpose are to help people uncover and overcome self-sabotage by teaching them how to expose and weaken their saboteurs and strengthen their higher self; to break free from and transform limiting beliefs and create a vision for the life they would love to have instead.
