Inbox Assistant v2 GOGCLI is a private application operated by Yannick Picard for authorized users and operators; it has no public sign-up. This notice describes its Google-connected functions. The website privacy policy separately covers ordinary use of this website.
Information and use
With the account holder’s authorization, the application may access task-relevant Gmail messages, metadata, labels and drafts; Calendar events; contacts and related contact or directory information; and Drive files and metadata. It uses that information for requested or configured assistant functions, including email search,drafting and message management; calendar and contact work; relevant Drive files; and scheduled briefings about upcoming events, recent email, outstanding drafts and other relevant status. It does not indiscriminately ingest entire accounts.
The technical Gmail authorization may include settings capabilities, but changing account-level settings requires explicit authorization. Drive access may be read-only or permit changes depending on the connected account and the functions authorized for that account.
Processing and delivery
Task-relevant Google-derived information may be processed in the application operating environment and by a configured AI provider when needed for these functions. Responses and scheduled briefings may be delivered through authorized private communication channels. Information is not sent to public or arbitrary recipients as a standing practice. The application uses information received from Google APIs only for these disclosed assistant functions, not for sale, advertising or credit decisions. Its use of Google API information adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and control
Normal task, conversation history and memory context may persist. Files and artifacts may persist when needed for a task. Providers and private communication services may retain information supplied to them under their applicable terms; there is no single retention period for every copy.
Account holders may revoke this application’s Google access through their Google Account’s third-party connection settings. Revocation stops future access through that grant but does not automatically erase information previously processed.
Authorized users may request review or deletion of information under the operator’s control through the website contact form. The operator will review the request and removeeligible information where reasonably practicable; immediate deletion from every provider or backup is not promised.
